I Built a $37 AI Tool for Real Estate Agents — And Almost Talked Myself Out of Selling It

4 min read

If you’re a real estate agent using AI to write your content right now — and you sound exactly like every other agent using AI — this is for you.

I’m Dr. Ron Jones with JOREG | KW SVSI, and I’ve spent the last several years building AI tools that help me run a better real estate operation across Twin Falls, Jerome, Buhl, Kimberly, and the broader Magic Valley. I’ve built listing intelligence systems. I’ve built handoff automation. I’ve built an academy for new agents. But the product that took the longest to actually ship wasn’t technical at all. It was $37. And I almost didn’t put it out.

Here’s what it is, why I built it, and what finally got me to launch it.

The Problem I Was Watching Get Worse

Ask most real estate agents about their content and they’ll tell you they use ChatGPT. Then show them their last five posts and ask who wrote them — because they all read the same. Same tone. Same phrases. Same hollow enthusiasm. AI gave every agent a megaphone and a script, and almost nobody sounds like a real person anymore.

I’ve been in real estate long enough to know that the agents who last are the ones clients remember — not because they had the best website or the most Instagram followers, but because they had a voice. A distinct, recognizable, trustworthy voice. And most AI tools strip that right out of you the moment you type a prompt.

What I Built — The Voiceprint Dossier

The product I built is called the Voiceprint, and it’s a six-document system designed to do one thing: make AI sound like you, not like a content robot. It’s not a course. It’s not a class. It’s a classified dossier — think of it like an intelligence kit for your own identity.

The six documents work together as a system. One captures your professional voice and how you actually talk. One defines your market expertise and the specific things you know cold about Southern Idaho real estate. One houses your prompt library — the exact prompts you use to generate content that sounds like you wrote it. One handles your bio and authority positioning. One is a field briefing — a working document you can hand to any AI and say “this is who I am, speak in this voice.” And one is the launch engine — the method for turning the system into a repeatable content operation.

The whole package is $37. I listed it on Gumroad and Etsy under the YOU 5.0 brand.

Why I Almost Didn’t Ship It

Here’s where I have to be honest. I sat on this product for longer than I should have because of a story I was telling myself.

The story went something like this: “Nobody’s going to pay to hear what Ron Jones has to say. I’m highly educated and I’m good at what I do, but I just don’t buy this stuff myself, so why would anyone else?” I’ve seen a lot of garbage sell on the internet and thought that was somehow evidence that useful, grounded tools don’t. I had impostor syndrome dressed up in logic.

What actually changed my mind was simple: I’m not the market. I’m a skeptical builder who distrust this stuff by nature. My gut about what sells is backwards because of who I am. The agents who need the Voiceprint aren’t people who already built their own AI stack. They’re agents who open ChatGPT, type a prompt, get something generic, post it anyway, and feel quietly embarrassed that it doesn’t sound like them.

The $37 and the disqualifying language in the product filter for the right buyer on purpose. If the price makes you hesitate, you’re probably not ready to do the work. If it doesn’t, you’re exactly who this is for.

What the Dossier Is Not

It’s not a subscription. It’s not a membership. It’s not a community you join or a coaching call you have to book. It’s a system you implement yourself, at your own pace, in your own office. You don’t have to learn a new platform or build anything from scratch.

It also isn’t AI doing the thinking for you. That’s the whole point. AI is the amplifier — you’re the signal. You build the dossier once, load it into your workflow, and from that point forward AI knows who you are, what you stand for, and how you sound. You proofread, you approve, you ship. Your name goes on it because you actually wrote it — you just wrote it faster.

Who It’s For

If you’re a real estate agent in Twin Falls, Jerome, Burley, Gooding, Buhl, or anywhere in the Magic Valley who knows your market cold but struggles to get that knowledge onto the page in a way that sounds like you, this is what you need. If you’ve been frustrated watching AI spit out generic content that could have come from any agent in any city in America, this is the fix.

I built this for Southern Idaho agents first because that’s my market and those are the people I know. But the method works anywhere — because a voice is a voice, and every good agent has one worth amplifying.

If you want to see what the dossier looks like or just want to know more about the method before you buy, reach out. I’ll walk you through it.

Let’s talk.
