The Jalapeño Method That Changes Everything

Most pizza places that offer jalapeños put them on top of the cheese as a finishing topping. You get a jalapeño-flavored bite here and there, depending on where you land.

Papa Kelsey's does it differently. They bake the jalapeños in with the rest of the toppings and then put the cheese on top — so the peppers cook under the cheese and meld into the pizza. The heat distributes. The cheese absorbs it. Every bite has that spicy, cheesy, melted-together character that makes you immediately reach for another slice.

It sounds like a small thing. It isn't. It's the kind of detail that separates a pizza place that cares from one that doesn't.

The Rest of the Pizza

The foundation is solid. The crust at Papa Kelsey's is golden and crisp on the outside, chewy and tender in the center — exactly the ratio you want. The toppings are generous without being sloppy. The balance is right.

The location on Blue Lakes makes it convenient for practically anyone in Twin Falls. Staff is friendly and the service moves at a good pace.
