Here's a moment that happens in every real estate career, and it reveals exactly what kind of agent someone is. A buyer sits across from you, full of hope, and the numbers come back wrong. The credit isn't there yet. The income doesn't stretch far enough. Most agents say something kind, file the contact away, and move on to someone who can close this month. I understand the math behind that. I just refuse to do it.
